Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Duyus OÜ (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

3. Use of the Services

• You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You agree not to attempt to disrupt, damage, reverse engineer, or interfere with the proper operation of the Services.
• You agree not to misuse the Services, including attempting unauthorized access to systems or data.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellations

Some features of the Services may require a paid subscription (“Subscription”). If you purchase a Subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play, payment will be charged to your platform account at confirmation of purchase.

• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage / cancel: You can manage or cancel your Subscription in your Apple ID / Google Play account settings.
• Price changes: If permitted by the platform, you will be notified of any price changes and may be required to confirm continued billing.
• Trials: If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid Subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

5. Refunds

Refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are handled by the platform provider and are subject to their terms and policies. We do not process refunds for platform purchases directly.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property related to the Services are owned by Duyus OÜ or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services unless expressly permitted in writing by us.

7. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services (for example, platform services, analytics, or infrastructure providers). We are not responsible for third-party services and your use of them may be governed by their own terms and policies.

8. Disclaimer (No Warranty)

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duyus OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, abused the Services, or created risk or legal exposure for us. You may stop using the Services at any time.

11. Changes to the Services and Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
